Quaint place, I greatly enjoyed to be here.

Everything was very good, including well-trained staff at explaining everything. A triple room with a great view of the beach, had requested this in advance. The location was perfect and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Aragonese Castle. There was a nice restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

Affordable accommodations with spacious rooms, large screen TV, and a terrace, conveniently located near the beach and charming restaurants.

Breakfast was abundant and extensive, we appreciated the location of the place.

All in all everything was really good, had a pleasant stay on this holiday to Italy. The staff from start to finish were well-trained. The location was perfect and handy, near the port of Ischia, convenient to go everywhere. Ate at Ristorante la Lampara, it's not too far away from the venue.

This place is situated in a beautiful location near the port, the rooms are very clean and affordable, and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable.

The Hermitage Resort & Thermal Spa provided a restful and quiet location to escape the busy port and shopping area. Walking distance to Ischia Ponte with excellent restaurants and shops. English TV programs and proper coffee at breakfast.

Felt very at home, nothing too much trouble.

Beautiful hillside location, we had a Superrior room with a view of the sea and Castell.

The hotel was beautifully maintained, with well-kept gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the city center, port, and castle. We enjoyed spending time at the pool areas and the pool bar, where the staff were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

That the hotel was very quiet in the evenings. It would have been nice to have some evening entertainment or a more lively bar area.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The house had excellent facilities for bathing, such as thermal pools, sauna, fango etc. The facilities of the hotel were very well maintained. The view from the room offered a fantastic panorama.

Very well-kept hotel complex with a generously designed outdoor area. The breakfast in the hotel is good. Those who like to have it quiet should book half board, as the dinner is also good and one saves the run to some restaurant.

This hotel is less suitable for people with physical disabilities, as there are still many barriers.

I had enjoyable stay, the place is quirky!

I had the triple room which was well-appointed and cheap with unlimited spa access.

The breakfast was large, the check in was early. The room was new-fashioned, had a magnificent view of the castle. The hotel's position was unbeatable and beautiful, easy to get around the island...

Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs, including arranging a later ferry for us to enjoy more time on the island. The restaurant staff were attentive and the food was excellent, with a wide variety of options and local specialties. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel had a beautiful garden.

A single room with large bed and balcony. Cosmetics were very good. Fresh fruit at breakfast.

It was too crowded for me. Loungers would be kept with towels reserved. Closure of the pools before 9.30.
